Our reservation and cancellation policy is in effect for all reservations and NO exceptions will be made apart from the following:
In a context of closure of the site resulting from a government requirement, the reservations concerned will be issued a gift certificate or a credit note for 100% of the amount of their reservation, valid at all times. This rule applies ONLY in the case of forced closure of the site, and for NO OTHER REASON. Please note that by coming to our premises, you can ensure that sanitary measures are respected and that all our units are cleaned and disinfected between each stay. Plus, you'll be in your own bubble and won't have to come into contact with other people on the site.

The base rate is $195 + taxes for certain low season days. Depending on the circumstances (weekends, holidays, high season weeks, spring break, etc.), rates are adjusted upwards. Please note that at all times, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
Visit the Rates button on the booking page to get a more detailed look of our pricing.

Each lodge has two private bedrooms with a queen-size bed. 4 people can therefore stay there, whether 4 adults, or 1 adult and 3 children.
The layout is designed for 4 people (dishes, seats, etc.). It is not recommended, but tolerated, that a family of 2 adults and 3 children rent a dressing room at no extra charge, as long as no one uses the sofas as an extra bed. So this scenario is more for a situation where the 3 children are toddlers and can share a large 3 bed, or if you are bringing a playpen/crib for a young child.
-
For logistical reasons and to avoid overloading the maintenance team, we do not allow single nights. In addition, with an arrival at 4 p.m. and a departure at 10 a.m., a single night does not allow you to fully enjoy the Panora experience.
However, at certain times, we will announce that single nights are available, at a small additional cost. Subscribers to our newsletter will be notified first, 24 hours before subscribers to our social networks. At this time, priority will be given to first come.

Our units do not have air conditioning at the moment. The cooler average temperatures in summer in Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, as well as the 3 patio doors and the proximity of the wind from the river (12 meters) justify this. The air is also salty there and anything metal rusts very quickly, especially air conditioning compressors. The evenings are always cool and a simple opening of the patio doors greatly refreshes the evening.
-
The access code to your unit will allow you to enter your lodge from 4 p.m. on the day of your reservation. On the day of your departure, your exit must be registered at 10 a.m.
A late check-out at noon can be requested when making your reservation, for an additional fee of $30.
-
When booking your stay, the total amount of the reservation will be debited, including the tax on lodging (3.5% of the amount directly related to accommodation) and taxes (GST/QST). Our booking platform accepts Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments.
-
It is possible to modify or cancel a reservation up to 30 days before the first night of your stay, by contacting us.
A 3,5% fee of all paid sums up to the point of cancellation will be charged. The balance will be reimbursed.
In the 30 days preceding your first night, no refund will be granted.
-
Apart from the high season (July and August), discounts are granted for long stays.
Weekly rate: 25% discount if 7 nights or more.
Monthly rate: 45% discount if 28 nights or more.
-
If you plan to book several lodges for the same stay, you can do so using the booking platform and by booking the units separately, or by contacting us.
-
All the amenities offered are the same, regardless of the season. However, on snowy days, the parking lot and steps may not be completely clear when you arrive or leave.
In addition, our access roads are on passable slopes, but can be slippery depending on the conditions. Although they are clear and sanded, you might have trouble getting in or out. It is recommended to have good winter tires and all-wheel drive. Be cautious and call the emergency number if necessary.
-
During your stay at Panora, you are completely independent. 24 hours before your arrival, you will receive an email indicating the access code for the digital lock of your unit. You will also have at your disposal a guest guide with all the necessary information allowing you to fully enjoy your stay, without resorting to anyone.
An emergency number will still be sent to you, in the event of a particular situation where you absolutely must speak to a member of the team.
-
Double parking spaces are located at various locations on the site. You will certainly have an assigned parking lot a few steps from your lodge. Note that the parking lots are double, but only one vehicle per unit is authorized. The 2nd slot is reserved for the neighboring unit. This allows us to limit the number of parking spaces on the site. If you are traveling with 2 vehicles, a central parking lot will allow you to park the 2nd. Electric vehicle charging stations are also located next to the service building ($).
-
Each lodge has its own Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. For stays of 3 nights or less, 5 capsules are provided. For stays of 4 nights or more, 10 capsules are provided. If you are particularly a caffeine lover, you also have the option of adding boxes of 10 capsules when confirming your reservation.
An electric kettle is also available for coffee aficionados who bring their own tools on trips, or for those who prefer teas or herbal teas.
-
Each lodge is equipped with high-speed WiFi internet. The code will be provided to you in the guest guide.
-
The lodges do not have a television. The site was created in a spirit of rest and relaxation. We invite you to walk on the beach, read, get in the hot tub, watch the sunsets and enjoy the surrounding activities of the region. If necessary, our internet will allow you to watch Netflix on your tablet or laptop.
-
All our lodges have 2 bedrooms with a large bed (Queen). On request, a high chair can be left in your dressing room before your arrival. In addition, all lodges include plastic tableware for children (cutlery, utensils, cups). We do not currently provide playpens for young children. Note that sofas are not suitable for use as an extra bed.
-
The lodges are turnkey. Kitchen accessories, towels and linens are provided, as well as soap, shampoo and conditioner. You will only need to bring your personal effects, some reading material and your food.
-
Panora's concept is based on the comfort of the units, their privacy and the surrounding attractions. We see the lodges as a restful place, a rest stop during a trip to Gaspésie or a base camp for your adventures in the neighboring Chic-Chocs. We therefore do not focus on activities directly on the site. You will have plenty of choice of activities nearby, as you can see in our Haute-Gaspésie section.
-
Fires will be allowed in the spaces set up for this purpose when they are available.
Out of respect for nature and to preserve the beauty of our beach, it is forbidden to make fires on the beach.
It is also prohibited to burn, remove or move driftwood that washes up on the beach. Driftwood is an extremely important natural element in the preservation of shorelines and the prevention of coastal erosion.
-
The high autumn tides are absolutely striking. On the other hand, during low tides, it is possible to walk nearly 100m on the rocky foreshore that borders our lodges. Be careful, but venture out to feel the sea air even closer!
The following Fisheries and Oceans Canada link allows you to follow the tides during your stay:

The main attraction of Panora is without a doubt the panorama that is offered in front of the lodges; sea as far as the eye can see and flamboyant sunsets. Nothing beats a little glass of bubbles in the hot tub at sunset.
If you want to choose your lodge based on sunset positioning, or just want to get an idea of where the sun will set during your stay, visit the following website and change the date:

Panora is located in the magnificent town of Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, on the edge of the former municipality of Tourelle. Sainte-Anne-des-Monts is the gateway to the majestic Gaspésie National Park and is conveniently located for a stop during the Tour de la Gaspésie. It is also an excellent base camp for winter tourism, whether for sports activities in the Chic-Chocs, or for snowmobiling.
Here are some approximate distances and times from our site:

Our lodges are strictly smoke-free and the slightest trace of non-compliance with this rule will automatically result in a surcharge of $250, in addition to additional costs for cleaning and repairing damage caused by smoke.
It is also forbidden to dispose of cigarette butts on the site other than in the ashtrays provided for this purpose.
-
Out of respect for other users (both the neighbors of other lodges and the next tenants of your unit) and to avoid unpleasant surprises in terms of cleaning and damage, no animals are tolerated within the units.
In the event of non-compliance with this instruction, a fee of $250 will be imposed on offending tenants in addition to additional costs for cleaning and replacement of damaged items.

In front of Panora, the foreshore stretches for almost 100m at low tide. This means that at high tide, it is not very deep. However, there can be strong waves and the water here is freezing, even in summer. The average hottest temperature here is around 57 degrees in July. Panora strongly recommends against swimming and assumes no liability, especially in the absence of supervision.
